Meet the Angela — the quilted patchwork hoodie that feels like wearing a piece of art. Rays of orange, scarlet and gold fan across one shoulder, then sweep down into bands of violet, cobalt, navy and magenta, with a whole garden of flowers running along one sleeve and into the lower panel. It pulls on over your head, the hood is lined in white, and it sits easy over jeans. Lovingly offered by Vivian & Pearl, a family-run Newport boutique since 2006.
