Graphic Designer

Location: Newport, CO (Hybrid/Remote possible)
Type: Full-time (Contract/Part-time options considered)

About the role

You'll create elegant, high-impact visuals for our website, ads, emails, and social channels—keeping our brand soft, feminine, and conversion-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Design on-brand web assets (banners, product visuals, size guides, icons).
  • Create campaign visuals for social, email, and paid ads (Meta/Instagram/Facebook).
  • Edit and refine product imagery (retouching, clean compositions, soft tones).
  • Maintain a cohesive brand identity (typography, color, spacing, templates).
  • Collaborate with marketing on creative concepts, testing, and improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in Graphic Design (e-commerce/fashion is a plus).
  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (Figma or After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual balance.
  • Able to work efficiently and adapt quickly.
  • A portfolio that reflects your style and capabilities.

Retail Sales Associate (Boutique Experience)

Location: Newport, CO (On-site)

About the role

You create a warm, personal in-store experience—helping women feel confident, comfortable, and truly seen.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers with genuine, personal styling advice.
  • Support sizing and fit to ensure every customer leaves feeling confident.
